We want your little racers to be thrilled with their new monster truck track! If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible:

Item must be unused and in original condition
Original packaging required
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

To start a return, please contact us at redirampz@gmail.com We'll provide return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email redirampz@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us within 7 days of delivery at redirampz@gmail.com with a photo and description of the issue so we can make it right.
