Shipping policy

Free shipping: Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders of $5 or more, which includes every Redi-Rampz set.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Processing time

Orders usually leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During busy times, like the holidays or right after a restock, it can take a little longer.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive 2–7 business days after they ship. When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number.

Carriers

We ship with national and regional carriers, including USPS and UPS.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us right away at redirampz@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, we can’t change the address.

Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery at redirampz@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right. If your tracking hasn’t updated in several days or your package seems lost, email us and we’ll help.
